Welcome to the new AOP Submissions website. The 2021 AOP Awards now has a new submission system to streamline and help you manage entries. We’ve created this new system in order to make it easier to enter and manage your submissions to the awards we’re running this year. Accounts on our Submissions portal are persistent, so you can keep the same login for all future Awards.

It’s a little different to the previous systems we’ve had for the Awards, so please take some time to read through this primer.

Login Home Page

The AOP Submissions system is separate from any user account you may have on our main the-aop.org website. You will need to create a new account on our Submissions system.

If you already have an AOP Submissions account, log in here. Otherwise, continue on to the Registration page.

Do not use the login that you use to access your Member Dashboard on the-aop.org – this will return an error.

The AOP Submissions separate is separate from any user account you may have on our main the-aop.org website.

Registration

The AOP Submissions separate is separate from any user account you may have on our main the-aop.org website.

If you are an AOP Member, you should register with the email address that you receive AOP communications on.

You will receive a confirmation email, after which you will be able to set a password.

Main Page

Here is where you’ll see all AOP Awards currently open for submissions. Click through on any one of them to enter.

Awards Page

All entry types available for each award will be shown here. Both Member and Non-Member entry types will be shown, but you will only be able to purchase entries at the Member price if you registered your account with the email address associated with your AOP Membership.

Your Entries

All entries to Awards that you have purchased can be managed from this page. You can edit files, titles, and descriptions of your entries right up until the final close of the competition.

Your Profile

We encourage you to fill out your Profile information on this page. Should your Awards entries be successful, this information will be used to contact you and promote your work.

Black Culture in Britain: Canary Wharf Arts+ Events

To celebrate this year’s Black History Month in October, Canary Wharf Arts + Events and the AOP are holding a special month-long exhibition at the Crossrail Place Roof Garden in Canary Wharf. We will be celebrating black culture both through images and the stories of the photographers who have taken them.
